Adulte :
· traitement d’attaque : 2 comprimés à 100 mg, 3 fois par jour, soit 600 mg maximum par jour ;
· traitement d’entretien : à partir du 4ème jour, il est possible de réduire la posologie à 3 ou 4 comprimés à 100 mg, soit 300 ou 400 mg par jour.
Population pédiatrique
Enfants à partir de 15 kg : la posologie est de 10 mg/kg/jour.
