Enfant et adulte < 50 kg : 10 mg/kg 3 fois par jour à 8 heures d'intervalle pendant 7 jours
Adulte ≥ 50 kg : 600 mg 3 fois par jour à 8 heures d'intervalle pendant 7 jours
