opération du cristallin : 1 goutte dans l'œil à opérer, 5 fois au cours des 3 heures qui précèdent l'opération. Le traitement doit être poursuivi après l'intervention, à raison de 1 goutte, 3 à 5 fois par jour ;
opération de la cornée : 2 gouttes dans l'heure qui précède l'opération, puis 6 gouttes dans la journée qui suit.
