Exceptionnellement, cette posologie peut être augmentée à 6 comprimés par jour.
Les comprimés doivent être ingérés sans les croquer, ni les sucer, avec un grand verre d'eau au milieu des repas afin d'éviter un contact du pinavérium avec la muqueuse oesophagienne.
Ne pas avaler les comprimés en étant allongé, ni juste avant l'heure du coucher.
