These terms govern the use of the pharmadream.io website, the Pharma Dream and Pharma Dream Partner apps, and the Zaïa WhatsApp service. The French version prevails.
1. The service
Pharma Dream helps you identify a medicine, find a health partner that has it, and pay for it with a Pharma Dream account. Pharma Dream does not sell medicines and does not give medical advice.
2. Your account
The account is personal and opened with a WhatsApp number. You are responsible for keeping your codes secret and for every operation made from your account.
3. The Pharma Dream account
- Top-ups are made by mobile money or card, through our approved payment providers.
- A payment at a partner is confirmed with your payment code or fingerprint, then debited at once.
- The balance does not earn interest.
4. Availability and prices
Availability is stated by the partners when you ask. Prices shown are the country's public reference prices; the price charged is the partner's.
5. Liability
Information about medicines does not replace the advice of a pharmacist or a doctor. A prescription-only medicine is only dispensed on presentation of a prescription.
